Let's Shoot Local! The Kingwood 4th of July Parade!

Our speaker recently talked about shooting local. So her is our chance. Let's meet up and shoot pictures of the Kingwood 4th of July Parade! The tough part is deciding where to shoot from or do we move around?

The organizers have asked visitors to park at the Park and Ride lot to avoid taking up valuable spaces in front of commercial stores and restaurants. So, we could park there and meet on the esplanade for West Lake Houston Parkway in between the old and new HEB stores. The parade comes south on West Lake Houston Parkway so in the morning the shade and angle of the sun would favor us shooting from here. Of course everyone is free to move around and get the best shots.

I will set up an event for members to RSVP at, that way we sort of know whom to expect. Meet us there, if you can't make it or plans change, let someone know.
