About the event

The Texas Photography Festival is a one-day event held in Georgetown, Texas on March 15th. The event is hosted by The Williamson Museum and David Valdez, and includes Photo Walks, educational classes, guest speakers, and networking opportunities.  There is no charge to attend anything at the festival.

Our KWPC member, Ronda Meuwissen is the team leader for this trip and due to the driving distance it will be a 3 day trip with travel to Georgetown on March 14th, the festival on the 15th, and returning to Kingwood on March 16th. There may be an opportunity to photography wildflowers on the way back, time and weather permitting. Members will be responsible for their travel, food, and lodging expenses. Those who car-pool are encouraged to help the driver out with the costs for fuel.

This trip is contingent on club interest, so if you are interested in going, please RSVP.
